Salary transparency report – Deadline for submission February 28, 2025

Salary transparency report

Companies with 100 (one hundred) or more employees can now send the information for the Salary Transparency Report, from February 3 until February 28, 2025, through the Emprega Brasil portal, in the section for employers.

On the portal, companies will have to inform whether they have a job and salary plan or a career plan, policies to encourage the hiring of women (such as black women, women with disabilities, victims of violence, heads of household, and LGBTQIA+), actions to promote women to management positions, programs to support the sharing of family responsibilities, as well as salary criteria for career progression.

This data is essential for the preparation of the 3rd Salary Transparency and Criteria Report, which will be made available to companies on March 17, 2025.

Companies have until March 31, 2025 to publish the report on their digital platforms (websites, social networks, etc.). If they fail to publish the report by the deadline, an administrative fine will be imposed, which can amount to up to 3% of the company’s payroll, with a limit of 100 minimum wages (equivalent to R$ 151,800.00 in 2025), according to article 5, paragraph 3 of Law 14.611/2023.
