If a third party tries to register a domain similar to an existing one, a registered trademark, title of establishment, business name, civil name or pseudonym, among others, it is possible to request the transfer or cancellation of the domain through a process that takes place before the Administrative System for Internet Conflicts.
An example of a well-known domain linked to a registered trademark is www.natura.com.br.
