It is possible to recover your company assets effectively with simple measures.

  1. Keep each customer's record up to date with as much information as you can.
  2. Register your sales, especially with proof of delivery of the goods.
  3. Manage credit status with information such as “paid”, “pending” and “overdue”. 

Don't forget to establish a routine against default:

  1. Determine rules and conditions for granting credit.
  2. Control sales and accounts receivable.
  3. Streamline processes with management software.
  4. Route the collection of debtors.
  5. Respect the Consumer Protection Code.

IN SHORT:

  • Judge and choose the right option for your company, both to grant credit and to redeem it.
  • Create a credit and collection policy according to the particularities of your business. 

Starting from this basic organization, you will have effective and necessary tools at hand to plan your collection and minimize the impacts of default.
